The churches shutdown last Sunday are, Brotherhood of the Cross and Star, also known as Olumba Olumba, Living Faith Church, Igbogene, Salvation Victory Centre, Igbogene, Shalom International Christian Centre, along Tombia-Amassoma road. Inter-state Lockdown: Okowa Monitors Compliance, Warns Violators

Delta Governor, Sen. (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, on Saturday warned that unauthorized vehicles entering the state in violation of restriction in inter-state movement ordered by President Muhammadu Buhari to stem spread of COVID-19 around the country would be impounded.   Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta on Tuesday imposed a dusk-to-dawn curfew in the state, saying it was additional measure to complement government’s efforts at stemming the spread of COVID-19 around the state.
