Gunmen kill 7 police officers in Abuja

The police have confirmed the killing of seven officers on Monday in Abuja by gunmen at Galadimawa Junction, just off the international airport road in Abuja. The reasons for the attack still remain sketchy. However, it was gathered that the gunmen who were in a vehicle opened fire on the police officers and zoomed off. FG targets $23 per barrel for cost of oil production -kachikwu

The Minister of state for petroleum Resources Dr Ibe Kachikwu says the Federal government is making effort to ensure that cost of crude production is reduced to 23 dollars per barrel from  about 35 dollars.
