By Choice Joe-Ughelli Eight students selected from various primary schools in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State have been awarded scholarships by the Rotary Club of Ughelli Metropolis, District 9141 in conjunction with Engr. Dr. Samuel Adjogbe Foundation.
