Ovwreghederohwo Richard has emerged as the flagbearer of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for Ughelli North Constituency II, after securing a landslide victory in the party’s primary election. Richard popularly known as Aduvie, polled 3,142 votes to defeat other aspirants and secure the party’s ticket ahead of the forthcoming general election in 2027.
