Manchester United are on the verge of their second signing of the sumner after announcing that Romelu Lukaku will be joining the club from Everton.
Lukaku, who was the second top scorer in the Premier League last season with 25 goals, is expected to cost at least £75m to join Victor Lindelof at Old Trafford.
“#MUFC is delighted to announce a fee has been agreed with Everton for the transfer of Romelu Lukaku, subject to a medical & personal terms,” United tweeted on Saturday.
“A further announcement will be made in due course.”
Lukaku, 24, was initially thought to be headed back to Chelsea, from where he had joined Everton, before a late United move came through.
