Okowa Mourns Gen. Dominic Oneya

  Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta has expressed sadness over the death of former President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Brig.-Gen. Dominic Oneya (retd). Oneya, who hails from Agbarho in Ughelli North Local Government Area, reportedly died on Thursday at his Effurun GRA residence in Uvwie Local Government Area. He was 73.
