Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have a woman simply identified as Mrs.  Angelina, mother of a First Bank manager in one of the branches in Delta State, Philip Atiku, at her Oguname-Olomu residence in Ughelli South local government area of Delta State.   The Delta State Local Content Agency Bill, 2019 on Tuesday  passed second reading on the floor of the State House of Assembly.
