NIHSA Predictions: CEPEJ Boss Urges Okowa To Consult Experts

By Victor Bieni WARRI- The National Coordinator of Centre for Peace and Environmental Justice ( CEPEJ), Comrade Sheriff Mulade has appealed to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to consult experts for lasting solutions towards the provision of better welfare to flood victims in the state as predicted by NIHSA.
