The Federal Government, States and Local Governments shared N626.8 billion for the month of April, N21billion less than what was available to the Federal Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) in March. Italian athletes topped the rankings of drug cases in 2016, the World Anti-Doping Agency(WADA) revealed Thursday in its annual report. The international doping watchdog said Italian athletes accounted for 147 anti-doping rule violations in 2016, the most recent year for which full figures are available.
