A new group, South East and South Governors’ Forum, emerged on Sunday to politically work together and realign as a people that shared common heritage, culture and affinity. Tillerson heads to Kuwait to help resolve GCC crisis

US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is expected to arrive in Kuwait on Monday to help seek a resolution to the crisis between Qatar and four Arab states.
