Security agents attached to a new generation bank in Isoko Road in Ughelli, Delta State, have arrested two men, Chigozie, 33, and Okuche, 40, for allegedly swapping a female customer’s Automated Teller Machine (ATM) card after she raised the alarm. The suspects, who said they reside in Okpanam, Asaba, were said to have travelled from the state capital to Ughelli to carry out the alleged operation before the customer’s alarm drew the attention of the security agents, leading to their arrest.
