PDP Chieftain Loses Unit To APC In Isoko

A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Igbide, (name withheld), Isoko South has lost his polling unit to the All Progrssives Congress, APC, in just concluded Presidential and National Assembly elections across the country.

According to the results in Unit 16, President Muhammadu Buhari scored 90 votes, and Alhaji Atiku scored 63 votes, Senate, APC -100, PDP 63, while at House of Representatives, APC got 107 votes and the PDP 61 votes respectively.

Though in Igbide Ward 7, the PDP won the election with, 1554 votes against the APC with 959 votes.

PDP faithful who spoke on the results held that, some of their leaders believed that when they come to town, it will be business as usual.

“You know how i dey do my things politically na, e nor dey new to you.

“I have been praying to my God since morning, i choose not to respond to any issue till i am done praying.
