Executive Chairman of Egbema and Gbaramatu Communities Development Foundation (EGCDF), Ambassador Jude Ebitimi Ukori has described the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro as a community builder, peace advocate and public administrator whose life has been a testament to potential actualization.
Ukori who made this known in a congratulatory message to mark the birthday of the Deputy Governor of Delta State said his hallmarks remain his fierce loyalty and undiluted commitment to the vision of his principal.
