The grassroot football season is set to open formally in the ancient city of Benin, when she hosts some of the finest grassroot football clubs in the South-South geopolitical zone in this year’s edition of the Irex Sports Bar 5-Aside Soccer Tournament.
The Irex Sports Bar 5-Aside Soccer Tournament, which is opened to all grassroot football teams in Edo and Delta, will take place between 1 and 8, March 2020.
Tagged the clash of the best five, the tournament will feature some of the finest grassroot talents in 5-aside football in both Edo and Delta.
Participating teams will pay a registration fee of two thousand naira only, with the winners taking home a gold ladened trophy and a cash prize of a hundred thousand naira.
