Following the recent protest in Uwheru Community in Ughelli North Local Government area in Delta State about the forceful reinstatement of the expelled President General (PG), Chief MacPherson Igbide by the Ughelli North boss, Hon. Jaro Egbo.
The embattled PG is set to resume despite several warnings that he would be resisted by all means.
According to the Youth President , Mr. Usio Utuagba “After several warnings by the people against forcefully reinstating of the expelled President General by the Ughelli North Local Government Chairman, Hon. Jaro Egbo.”
“I want to state it clearly at this point that we will resist him by all means if he dares resumes against the agreement that was reached by good people of Uwheru Kingdom before his expulsion.
Let it be known to the state government that if nothing is done at this point there will be grave consequences.
We will not sit back and allow anyone to impose him on us despite all his misconduct, embezzlement of public funds and activities (collecting money from herdsmen) that have led to the death of several persons within the community.”
It will be recalled, that the King, chiefs, elders, women and youths unanimously agreed that the PG, Chief MacPherson Igbide be removed (expelled) after all allegations were proven to be true.
To secure lives and properties, the Delta State, Governor, H.E, Rt. (Hon.) Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori be alerted of the imminent crisis that is set to erupt in Uwheru Community if nothing is done concerning the imposition of the expelled PG by the Ughelli council boss.
