Court Gives FG 7 Days To Fix Prices Of Foodstuffs, Petroleum Products, Others

    Justice Ambrose Lewis-Allagoa of a Federal High Court, in Lagos has ordered the Federal Government to fix the prices of food stuffs, and petroleum products within seven days from today (Wednesday). The judge made the order while delivering judgment in a suit marked FHC/L/CS/869/2023, filed by human rights lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN), against the Price Control Board and the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF).
