Niger Delta militants give date for resumption of attacks on oil pipelines

The Coalition of Niger Delta Agitators, CNDA, has given date for resumption of attacks on oil facilities in the region. The group said it will renew its attacks on oil installations on September 10. United States has been hit by petrol or gasoline shortage as the effect of Tropical Storm Harvey and the flood it brought to Texas and environ disrupted production on the Gulf Coast.
