Oborevwori, Condoles Comm’r  For Secondary Education, Ezewu Over Mother’s Death

The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and National Deputy Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of state legislatures of Nigeria, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has commiserated with the Commissioner for Secondary Education, Mrs Rose Ezewu on the passing of her mother, Madam Agnes Kioja Alerubor at the weekend.

 

Rt Hon Oborevwori in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Dennis Otu, expressed profound sadness over the demise of Mama, noting that her love and commitment to peace and unity of her community, Okwegume in Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State are virtues to emulate.

 

According to the Statement; ” We have just lost a lover of peace and unity. A devout Christian and a disciplinarian. We will miss her but be comforted that she lived a good life.”

 

The Speaker prayed that the Almighty God would stand by the Commissioner and the entire family at this difficult time, saying all will be well with them.

He also prayed that God should grant the soul of the departed eternal rest.
