AHWINAHWI CELEBRATES OWHORODE AT 104

 

…Calls Him Father, Living Legend

 

The immediate past member of the House of Representatives, Hon Chief Solomon Ahwinahwi, has felicitated with the oldest Monarch in Africa, HRM Richard Layeguen Ogbon Oghroro I, JP, Owhorode of Olomu kingdom on his 104th Birthday Anniversary.

In a statement personally signed by the former lawmaker, Hon Ahwinahwi said the Owhorode of Olomu Kingdom who is also a Royal Canon in the Anglican Communion is a rare being specially created by God to help the people of Olomu Kingdom, Urhobo Nation, Delta State and Nigeria at large.

According to him, “Owhorode is an epitome of humility, diligence and a true reflection of a favoured child of God.

“At over one hundred years, the monarch is still strong, healthy and reads without eye glasses, attributing these to the special grace of God and reward for the King’s service to humanity.

The former lawmaker stressed that the Owhorode is a father who he is not only proud to be associated with but feels blessed to identify with.

He noted that the monarch is a living legend whose words of advice helped him to succeed while at the National Assembly.

Hon Ahwinahwi wished the Owhorode a happy birthday and prayed God to grant him many more years on Earth with renewed strength and divine wisdom .
