The community made the declaration during the APC flag-off rally, where men, women and youths turned out in large numbers to demonstrate their support for the party and its candidates.

Speaking at the rally, the President-General of Okpolo-Enhwe community, High Chief Kenedy Idolor said the community’s participation followed a directive from its leader, High Chief Victor Emonena Wayles Egukawhore, JP, who mobilised them to identify with the APC and its candidates.
He said Okpolo-Enhwe had embraced the ‘5-Over-5’ campaign, aimed at securing victory for APC candidates in the presidential, governorship, senatorial, House of Representatives and State House of Assembly elections.
According to him, the community was fully mobilised to ensure that Egukawhore’s directive translated into massive votes for the party across the five elective positions.
Also speaking, Chief Joseph Ejabulor described Okpolo-Enhwe as a strategic political force in the area, and its support for the APC was informed by confidence in the policies and achievements of the Tinubu and Oborevwori administrations.
