ADC Inaugurates Ward Coalition Committees In Delta

‎The Delta State chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has recorded another remarkable milestone as it successfully inaugurated its Ward Coalition Committees across the 25 Local Government Areas of the state.

‎The inauguration, held simultaneously in all 270 wards at the various local government headquarters, marked a resounding success in consolidating the party’s grassroots structure and strengthening its coalition network.

‎Speaking at the Ika South Local Government inauguration, the State Chairman of ADC, Engr. Austine Okolie, expressed profound gratitude to state, local government, and ward executives of the party, as well as coalition partners, for their unity and commitment to building a formidable structure for a better Nigeria.

‎He emphasized that the inauguration reflects ADC’s zeal and determination to reshape the fortunes of the country, stressing that the strength of the coalition is a testament to Delta ADC’s readiness to take power — from the Presidency down to the State House of Assembly — come 2027.

‎Engr. Okolie charged the newly inaugurated Ward Coalition Committee members to see themselves as true ambassadors of the party, urging them to return to their various units to mobilize, educate citizens on the importance of registering for their Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC), and ensure their votes count in the next election.

‎In his goodwill message, the State Chairman described the prevailing economic situation in the country as worrisome, calling on all well-meaning Nigerians to take urgent steps to remedy the nation’s challenges. He stressed that every sector of the economy is down, adding that ADC remains the only credible alternative political platform capable of delivering people-oriented leadership and good governance.

‎“We must not lose faith. There is still hope for a better Nigeria of our dreams. With a redefined handshake of hope and unity, together we can rescue our great country. ADC stands as God’s chosen vehicle with the mantra ‘Arise and Shine Nigeria’, symbolized by the handshake of peace, unity, and shared purpose,” he declared.

‎The Delta ADC leadership reaffirmed its readiness to deliver accountable, inclusive, and people-focused governance both in Delta State and at the national level.

Engr. Okolie further stated with confidence that the party would defeat any political opponent in the state come future elections.
