The Oteri-Ughelli Electoral Committee Chairman, Hon Emmanuel Alu has again be summoned to appear before Ayelala/ Agharode shrine over election that was declared inconclusive by the electoral committee in the community in Ughelli North local government area of Delta State.

He said, “Just after the election, one of the contestants, Mr. Hezekiah Ugbuwiako summoned me before a shrine in Awhire -Agbarha-Otor over the declaration of the election results.
“At Awhire, we were asked return on October 4, 2020, after we both have narrated our issues before the priest and while the election was inconclusive.
“But to my utmost surprise, he then summoned me to appear before another shrine, Ayelala/Agharode in Afiesere community on the October 2, 2020 while the other summon at Awhire is still pending.
The letter of summon from Ayelala /Agharode shrine
He and the other contestants, Mr Odafe Prince Oghenevwogaga had in the election scored 511 votes each, and while we were thinking of whatever to do, Hezekiah was parading himself as the winner of the election.
The election was declared inconclusive in the presence of Oteri-Ughelli community elders, women, youths, Election Observers, Agents, representative of the Ughelli Area Command, Divisional Police Officer and the Dss.
