Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta South District of Delta state, Ambassador Jude Ebitimi Ukori has commended electorates in Delta South Senatorial District, Burutu Federal Constituency and Warri Federal Constituency over the election of Senator James Manager, Rt.
