Fifteen months after being detained by the Nigerian Army, living Okuama leaders will be arraigned before the Federal High Court, sitting in Warri, Delta State. SENIOR Special Assistant to the Delta state Governor on Community Development, Prince Emmanuel Omote has commended the traditional ruler of Ewu kingdom for resolving the dispute between Assah and Omafuvwe communities in his kingdom.
