The self-styled Director-General of the non-existent Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), Adeniyi Adeyemi, has been arrested following a warrant issued by the Federal High Court in Abuja.
Adeyemi’s arrest came shortly after Justice Mohammed Umar ordered his arrest during proceedings before the court.
The suspect had allegedly presented himself as the Director-General of the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), an organisation authorities say does not exist.
Although details surrounding the allegations against Adeyemi were still sketchy as of the time of filing this report, his arrest followed the court’s directive issued by Justice Umar.
Security authorities are expected to provide further details on the circumstances leading to the arrest and the charges the suspect may face.

More details later….
