Detained Okuama Leaders To Be Arraigned In Warri FHC By Nigerian Army

Fifteen months after being detained by the Nigerian Army, living Okuama leaders will be arraigned before the Federal High Court, sitting in Warri, Delta State. The detained Okuama leaders, Prof Arthur Ekpekpo, Chief Belvis Adogbo, Mr Dennis Okugbaye, Dennis Malaka and others will appear before court for arraignement. Though details of their arraignment is sketchy,it was learned the Nigerian had in a suit no: FHC/WR/CS/42/2024 bring them before the court.
