OFFICIALS of the Delta State Traffic Management Agency, DESTMA, commonly known as ‘Okowa Police’ have been shot by unknown gunmen at Ughelli Ughelli North Local Government Area.Though it could not be ascertained the cause of the incident as the shooting at Ughelli main Market in a broad daylight.
