Google to clamp down on Android app snooping

Google will start to display warnings on Android devices and webpages about third-party apps that collect personal data without users’ consent, in an effort to prevent “unwanted and harmful” behaviour. Kuwait’s parliament has approved a proposed draft law that aims to ends the bans on the country by FIFA and the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Lawmakers passed the bill in a special session Sunday.
