Members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Warri Correspondent’s Chapel,have passed a vote of no confidence on the state chairman, Comr Churchill Oyowe over alleged breach of the construction. The chapel in an emergency congress held at the ultra modern conference hall of the Tompolo Press Center, described the actions of the state chairman of the Union unconstitutional.
