B Tobi Wisdom Dafe Tobi Dafe ESQ, Abraka First Lawyer Born March 18th 1920 in Urhuoka Abraka , Delta State. His parents were HRH King David Oghenegweke Dafe of Oguezi Urhuoka, Abraka and his mother was mama Uvwiemete of Oria Abraka. He attended his primary school at sapele, and proceeded to Abeokuta Grammar school in Ogun state where he obtained his Cambridge certificate in 1947. He got his first job with the customs.
