Youths from Oteri-Ughelli community, have read riot act and banned the sales and intake of hard drugs that have had negative impact and effects on the youths of Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State. Youths from Oteri community in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, have elected Mr Esegine Steven Orute chairman for the next 48 months. Esegine defeated his rivals, Mr Orowhe Eloho and Edjejovwo Onoriode with 257 votes respectively, in an open ballot election held at the community Town Hall on Wednesday, October 25.
