Senator Dafinone has described former Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly and the Commissioner representing Delta State at the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Rt Hon Monday Igbuya as a patriotic Niger Delta and agent of development in the region.
He made this known in a statement personally signed to facilitates with Igbuya on his birthday celebration.
