  A bakery owner and over 78 others were arraigned before a mobile court sitting at Post office presided by Magistrate Rita Efiuvwere for violating sanitation laws during the ‘Special Environmental Sanitation’ exercise in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta. The Ughelli North Local Government Council Chairman, Olorogun Jaro Egbo declared Thursday a Special Environmental Sanitation and all stores and shops both public and private were shut from 6-10:am.
