Delta APC ‘College of Leaders’ Is An Unconstitutional Error, Ivwurie Tells Keyamo

Former member of  Delta State of Assembly, and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta state, Hon Evance Ochuko Ivwurie has revealed that former Deputy President of the Senate,  Senator, Ovie Omo-Agege rejected the ‘College of Leaders’ formed by Festus Keyamo because it is an unconstitutional error in the party.
