Nigerians States, the Federal  and Local Government in  October shared N532.7 billion which shows a decline of N25.3 billion when compared to what they shared in September. Two die in Port Harcourt kerosene explosion

No fewer than two persons have lost their lives in a kerosene explosion that occurred in Diobu, in the Port Harcourt City Local Government Area of Rivers State.
