The Depot Commandant of the Nigerian Army, Zaria, Brig-Gen. Victor Ezugwu, has disclosed that the military is the highest employer of labour. He made the disclosure when members of the Kaduna State chapter of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), paid him a courtesy visit in his office.
