Army shuns opposition, set for Operation Crocodile Smile II in Niger Delta

Nigerian Army has announced date for commencement of Operation Crocodile Smile II in the Niger Delta, despite opposition by the Pan Niger Delta Forum, and the Ijaw Youth Council.
