Magu gives breakdown of loot EFCC recovered in 2017

Ibrahim Magu, acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) said the commission recovered over N473billion in 2017. He said this yesterday at House of Representatives in Abuja when he appeared before the Committee on Financial Crimes to defend the agency’s 2018 budget proposals and review the performance of the 2017 allocations. India test-fires nuclear capable ballistic missile

India test-fired its surface-to-surface nuclear capable Agni-I (A) ballistic missile off Abdul Kalam Island in its eastern sate of Odisha Tuesday, local media reported. The home-grown ballistic missile was test fired at 8.30 a.m. local time (0300 GMT). U.S. tells Nigeria, Cameroon to obey international law

The United States (U.S.) has condemned the attitude of Nigerian and Cameroonian authorities towards the 47 Anglophone detainees who were repatriated to Cameroon from Nigeria.
